According to the relevant regulations of national quality supervision and inspection, we provide you with a three-year warranty service, and you can enjoy free after-sales service within 37 months of purchasing the product.
We promise to implement a three-year warranty for Jaws motherboard products sold in Chinese Mainland (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) and sold to consumers through legal channels, and a one-year after-sales service for renewal. During the warranty period, we will implement free warranty service. To ensure your legal rights and avoid any worries about product use, please carefully read these after-sales terms and understand our warranty commitment.
The summary of service terms is as follows:
1、 Shenzhen Kinshark Technology Industry Co., Ltd. promises to provide after-sales service within the warranty period for Kinshark brand main board products (products with Kinshark logo) sold in Chinese Mainland (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) and sold to consumers through legal channels.
2、 Jinsha brand motherboard products come with a three-year warranty from the date of purchase, and a one-year replacement after-sales service. The starting date is based on the dealer's sales certificate;
3、 The manufacturing date and warranty period of the Jinsha brand motherboard products can refer to the SN code on the product;
4、 For legitimate channel products without purchase and warranty certificates, the production date of the product is calculated based on the product SN code and whether it is within the warranty period;
Under the following circumstances, it is not covered by the free warranty service of Jingsha:
(1) Products that exceed the warranty period provided by our company;
(2) Damage caused by failure to follow product instructions for operation, maintenance, and storage;
(3) Unauthorized or unauthorized use of third parties for maintenance, modification, component modification, wiring modification, or other services, resulting in product damage;
(4) The product SN code identification is lost, damaged, or altered, resulting in the inability to recognize the serial number, or does not match the physical product of our company;
(5) Abnormal use can cause damage, distortion, corrosion, rusting, and breakage to the appearance of circuit boards or important components;
(6) Damage caused by the transportation carrier;
(7) Damage caused by uncontrollable external forces (such as floods, fires, earthquakes, lightning strikes, typhoons, etc.) or careless human operation and use;
Regarding the handling of human damage:
(1) During the warranty period, all damages caused by human factors shall be repaired to the best of their ability. If they cannot be repaired, the original board shall be returned;
(2) Outside the warranty period, repair fees will be charged for all damages caused by human factors. If the original board cannot be repaired or is not repaired after repair efforts, the original board will be returned;
Regarding the maintenance fee standard:
1) The maintenance fee standard includes the cost of parts and labor. According to the judgment of the maintenance department, a quotation should be provided first, and the repair can only be carried out with the customer's consent.
2) The fee standard for replacing special material CPU seats is 30 yuan for seats below 1155 and 45 yuan for seats above 1356. Due to the prolonged exposure of the product to the air, the success rate of replacing the CPU socket cannot reach 100%. If any defects still occur after replacement, the original board will be returned and repair and material costs will be refunded.
3) For individual cases that cannot be repaired and result in scrapping, we can provide special treatment, such as offering an additional fee to exchange old boards for new ones or recycling them.
Regarding the repair cycle and delivery method:
The repair cycle is 7-10 days, with a maximum of 15 days;
Send the repaired parts to the authorized local agent of Jinsha for repair. If any fees are incurred, the repair cost will be charged by the agent who accepts the repair, and the agent will be responsible for sending the repaired parts to Jinsha for repair. If the package is sent back to the manufacturer by oneself without passing through the agent's repair channel, the round-trip shipping cost must be borne by oneself, and payment on delivery is not accepted. If it is sent to the original address, it will be automatically returned;
